Anne Fogarty

Anne is a Senior Programme Designer and Facilitator at People Skills Business. Anne has 13 years experience as a Training Consultant in the UK and Ireland working with a range of public and private sector organisations.  Anne is an innovative, convincing and motivating training consultant. She is excellent at partnering with clients in the research, design and delivery of programmes to meet business requirements and achieve key strategic objectives.

 

Anne has a strong background in designing and implementing Performance Management and Development (PMD) systems, extensive experience of working with senior teams in the area of leadership and management development and many years experience in Customer Care. 

 

Anne spent one year as part time Interim Development Manager at the company 'Which,' where she was responsible for delivering various strategic leadership programmes.  She also spent two years as Management Trainer with the BBC where she led the design, delivery and evaluation of “Leadership Essentials”, an award nominated strategic six-day leadership programme for new BBC managers.

 

Anne spent six years in Microsoft’s European Operations centre of which four were spent at middle management level as Customer Operations Manager. 

 

In her consultant role Anne has worked with clients such as Lloyds of London, Transport for London, One Hyde Park, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, GlaxoSmithKline, IIB Bank, First Data Corporation, Allianz Worldwide Care, Pfizer (UK), O2 Centre, Mandarin Oriental Hotels Group, International Power and the Environment Agency, Barnet Homes, Network, Catalyst, Housing for Women and Community Trust Housing.
